Gwen Rider
My name is Gwen Rider and I live in the south and I come from a long line of story tellers. I never had time to write a full novel like this but I've always felt the need to write; mostly commercials, childrens shorts or poetry. I even wrote a song, but that's another story. My background and education are in broadcasting but I've always valued the written word and as an avid reader, I wanted to write my own book, be it good or bad. I can always change the ending if I don't like it. I'm retired now and after receiving a life saving operation, I realized I don't have all the time in the world to do things I want to do, no bucket lists, only simple achievable goals. This is one of them, cause I think it's never to late to finish what you started. I'm a rather cyncal person by nature, but even I hope there's a little bit of magic left in the world. Hope you do too.

Qurio By G.D Rider
Celine is being hunted, has been hunted her whole life but she does not know that, yet. But when she awakens in a land filled with magic, strange beings and some of them actual aliens, she has to admit she's really in such a place. She must find her way home but she needs the help of an aged wizard named Magmus and a samurai warrior that too is in this plane of existence but has no desire to go home. Magmus believes Celine is there for a reason, to help save Qurio from an evil wizard who only wishes to destroy.

just finished reading and I absolutely loved it! Can’t wait to read the next one! This girl Celine truely connects with the characters she meets, even if she doesn’t think they’re real. It’s so compelling I had a hard time putting it down!
